A principios de febrero, la \u2018Bathurst 12 Hour\u2019 en Australia inicia la temporada 2020 del Intercontinental GT Challenge (IGTC) en el que el BMW M6 GT3 disputar\u00e1 la serie internacional de carreras GT una vez m\u00e1s. Walkenhorst Motorsport ser\u00e1 el equipo de carrera y ser\u00e1 fortalecido por los conductores de BMW. La temporada de 2020 IGTC se compone de cinco carreras en pa\u00edses de los cinco continentes: Australia, B\u00e9lgica, Jap\u00f3n, Estados Unidos y Sud\u00e1frica.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>En la apertura de la temporada en Bathurst (del 31 de enero al 2 de febrero), Walkenhorst Motorsport presentar\u00e1 solo un BMW M6 GT3 debido a dificultades log\u00edsticas. BMW trabaja con los conductores Augusto Farfus (BRA) y Nick Catsburg (NED), y el h\u00e9roe local Chaz Mostert (AUS) se turnar\u00e1 al volante. En agosto, el IGTC se dirigir\u00e1 a Jap\u00f3n para las \u00ab10 horas de Suzuka\u00bb. Nuevo en el calendario es la \u00abHora de Indian\u00e1polis 8\u00bb (EE. UU.)
