TOKIO –\u00a0 \u00a0– SPARX Group Co., Ltd. (SPARX; TSE1: 8739) anunci\u00f3 hoy el establecimiento del Fondo Japan Monozukuri Mirai, basado en el memorando de entendimiento (MOU) con Toyota Motor Corporation, Sumitomo Mitsui Banking Corporation (SMBC), MUFG Bank, Ltd. y Mizuho Bank, Ltd., que se firm\u00f3 en noviembre de 2020.<\/p>\n
El Fondo invertir\u00e1 en empresas japonesas de monozukuri (fabricaci\u00f3n) con tecnolog\u00eda, recursos humanos y servicios superiores para mantener la tecnolog\u00eda y las habilidades avanzadas de Jap\u00f3n y desarrollar sus futuras capacidades de monozukuri. El Fondo tambi\u00e9n apoyar\u00e1 a estas empresas en la implementaci\u00f3n del Sistema de Producci\u00f3n Toyota (TPS) y la formulaci\u00f3n de estrategias de gesti\u00f3n. El Fondo tiene como objetivo contribuir a la sociedad desarrollando monozukuri japon\u00e9s a trav\u00e9s del crecimiento sostenible de sus empresas de cartera.<\/p>\n
Administrado por el socio general (GP) SPARX, el Japan Monozukuri Mirai Fund comenz\u00f3 a operar en diciembre con su capital total inicial de JPY 12.3 mil millones financiado a trav\u00e9s de contribuciones de sus socios limitados (LP).
