La medida no entrara en vigencia inmediatamente, si no que a medida que cada modelo vaya por un cambio generacional, lo que podr\u00eda tomar un par de a\u00f1os.<br \/>Los veh\u00edculos de la l\u00ednea M Performance encajan entre las versi\u00f3n est\u00e1ndar del veh\u00edculo y los completamente modificadas y altamente potentes versiones M GmbH (BMW M3, M5, M6, etc.). La l\u00ednea \u201cis\u201d de BMW tambi\u00e9n se ubicaba en alg\u00fan lugar entre estas dos lineas, lo cual significaba que la l\u00ednea M Performance hacia a los modelos \u201cis\u201d redundantes.<br \/>Los primeros en llevar el paquete de accesorios M Performance ser\u00e1n el X5 M50d, el X6 M50d y el M135i hatchaback.
